1. What we store

The Expenddy web app does not set any cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for a single entry:

• expenddy-auth — holds your session token and basic profile details (name, email, currency preference) so you stay signed in between visits and the app can greet you without an extra request. It is created only when you sign in, it is readable only by expenddy.com, and it is removed when you log out.

That's the complete list. It is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for — signing in — which is why no consent banner is shown for it.

2. What we don't store

Expenddy sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts on this website. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not share browsing behaviour with ad networks.

If that changes — for example if we introduce advertising or analytics — we will update this page before those technologies go live, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent first and give you a way to withdraw it.

3. Clearing it

Logging out removes the stored session immediately. You can also clear site data for expenddy.com from your browser's settings (usually under Privacy, “Cookies and site data”), or browse in a private window so nothing persists after you close it. Clearing it simply signs you out — nothing on your account is affected.

4. The mobile apps

The Expenddy mobile apps don't use cookies. They store your session and preferences in the device's app storage, which is removed when you uninstall the app.
